Mar*juana and h*mp are both varieties of the Cann*bis plant. H*mp is Cann*bis Sativa, and mar*juana is Cann*bis Indica. The primary difference between them is that mar*juana contains about 30% of the psychoactive compound called tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), while h*mp has virtually none (often below 0.3%).

Essentially, mar*juana will get you high and h*mp will not. H*mp oil, the primary ingredient of our gummies, is produced from cold-pressing industrial h*mp seeds. OUR GUMMIES CONTAIN NO CB*D OR THC, so you will pass any drug test.

Absolutely! You can travel nationally within Australia and internationally to most western countries. Our h*mp contains no THC and is non-intoxicating. Ensure you take your gummies with you in their original packaging to show any customs officials that it clearly states there is no THC.

Note: Some have strict regulations on h*mp-related products, including those with a h*mp leaf emblem on the packaging. It's always best to check the specific import laws of your destination before travelling.

Edibles, such as gummies, take about 15-30 minutes to take effect. Upon consumption, your body absorbs the gummies in the digestive tract before the active ingredients enter the bloodstream and reach the liver. The liver then metabolises the ingredients, then sends them back to the bloodstream and to the brain.

In the brain, they start to take effect, although some people may experience a longer or shorter onset time. When you eat a gummy, the essential compounds are absorbed directly into cells through the digestive system. Because h*mp gummies are a herbal product, they do require you to take your daily dose to receive the maximum effects. It will take approximately 7–10 days for the gummies to build up in your body and for you to enjoy the full benefits. Take it daily, and your body will relax, respond and restore itself.

It's always best to start with one gummy, and if you require more, add half a gummy more before going straight to 2 gummies. If you are a person who gets to sleep easily but tends to wake up in the middle of the night, you can take the gummy then. Make sure there is at least a 4-hour interval between taking the gummy and the time you intend to wake up to ensure you don't feel groggy. Adjust the amount to suit your body's requirements. Some people may need more, some less. Do not take more than three gummies daily.

If you are taking the calm & focus gummies also, we recommend you do not take more than 2 of the sleep and 2 calm & focus per day.

Take 1 in the morning and 1 in the early afternoon if required.

If you are taking both the sleep and calm gummies, do not exceed 2 of each gummy per day.

Yes, we recommend you consult your medical practitioner before consuming the product and ingredients for any possible allergies and adverse effects from the current medication you may be taking or health complaints you are suffering from.

Discontinue use of the product and consult a medical professional immediately if you experience unusual symptoms. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

It is not recommended for anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or those diagnosed with:

• Liver disease
• Diabetes
• High blood pressure (unless you have a blood pressure machine that you can use daily to check your pressures are not elevating).
• Heart problems
• Heart disease
• Downs Syndrome

It is also not advisable for those on Epilepsy medication, medication for biploar or anti-psychotic

We strongly recommend consulting your doctor before taking these products if you currently take medication. 

The gummies contain five* HTP, which is not recommended less than two weeks before surgery, as they may interfere with drugs commonly used during surgical procedures.

Yes you can, but keep in mind the gummies have ingredients in them that cause you drowsiness, so when mixed with alcohol, they could cause further intoxication.

It is the immediate precursor to serotonin, and since it crosses the blood-brain barrier, it is often taken before bed to increase serotonin levels in the brain. Serotonin helps regulate deep sleep, and so by increasing serotonin levels, five* HTP can help to lengthen deep sleep cycles during the first part of the night. Your brain then realises that it does not need any more deep sleep and gives you what's referred to as a "REM rebound", which is extra long REM cycles during the second half of the night.

Since most lucid dreams occur during REM sleep, you may have some strange and vivid dreams. It usually only happens on the first few nights of taking the gummies as your body adjusts to the extra serotonin. If you find these dreams persist, consider taking half a gummy instead, or cease taking.

The additional boost of natural mood enhancer from the five*HTP can initially make your brain excited and awake. This generally only lasts a few days to a week, and then you will settle down and adjust to this increased amount of serotonin and have much deeper sleep.

You can give h*mp to people of any age, but please be aware that five*HTP has not been researched enough to determine how safe it is in children. Consult your doctor before administering them to your children, especially if they are already taking medication. 

There are 60 gummies in each jar, so if you take just one per day, the jar will last 60 days. If you take two per day, the jar will last 30 days.

The gummies have a two-year shelf life. Check the expiration date at the bottom of the box. Store the gummies in a cool, dry place, avoiding excess sunlight. Do not store it in the fridge.
