Take one to two gummies at night for sleep and physical relief. Start with one gummy, and if you require more, add another ½ to one. If you get to sleep easily but wake up in the middle of the night, you can take the gummy then.
Make sure there is a four-hour interval between taking the gummy and the time you want to wake up, to ensure you don’t feel groggy. Adjust the gummy amount to suit your body's requirements. Some people may need more, some less. Do not take more than three (3) gummies per day. If you are also taking the calm & focus gummies, take a maximum of only 2 sleep and 2 calm per day.
Some people prefer to take a sleep gummy as a stronger calmative in the daytime. Start with a ½ first to see how it affects you.
For best results, take one gummy in the morning and another in the early afternoon. Avoid taking them late in the evening unless you need to study or work late, as they can boost your mental energy and alertness.

- If your pet suffers from medium to severe separation anxiety, stress or negative behaviour, give the recommended chew amount, morning and night. If it’s only mild, then just give them a dose in the morning.
- If they suffer anxiety only when a certain situation occurs, like storms or vet visits, then give them double the dose one hour before. For known negative experiences like grooming or vet visits start the chews the day before and a double dose on the day of the stressful event,
- During periods of ongoing anxiety or behavioural issues, especially when triggered by stressful events, give them one extra dose one hour before, as well as their regular morning and evening dose.
- Some pets need more, some less — gradually adjust the dosage until you find the right amount for your pet..
- Cats follow the same chew to weight ratio as dogs. Offer to them or mash into their food.
To maintain the freshness and potency of our chews and gummies, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. A pantry or cupboard at room temperature is ideal. There’s no need to refrigerate them, but avoid areas with high humidity, such as bathrooms, to preserve their quality.
