You can track your parcel by utilizing the Australia post track my parcel and entering the tracking number provided by us. For added protection we strongly recommend you choose signature on delivery. This optional protection is offered to protect your package from loss, damage, or theft during the shipping process and until the order reaches its destination and is properly received. This costs an additional $3. If this option is not chosen Rapha Herbals will not be responsible for your package after it has been posted and tracking number sent to your email address.
Rapha Herbals is not responsible for any packages that are incorrectly delivered or not able to be delivered due to the customer entering incorrect address information. Should this occur and the package is returned to sender (Rapha Herbals) we will resend your package to the correct address you supply. In this case you will be required to pay the postage cost again of $12.00.
For faulty or damaged products, Rapha Herbals will offer the customer either a refund or replacement of the item if it is damaged. Please send photos of the product and information to us at hello@raphaherbals to organise either option. You will not be required to post the item back to us.

How and between what period of time will I receive the money?
All customers have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to inform that they wish to return the products. Simply email us at hello@raphaherbals.com and say you want to return the item. Please state in the email your full name and order number. You must return them in their original packaging and have not consumed more than 50% of the contents.
After contacting us for a refund, the customer has an additional 7 days to send the products to our facilities. Our customer service agent will confirm receipt of the goods and make the refund back to the card you ordered with. In the event that we do not receive the products within this period of 28 effective days, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
