While I feel while these do help me sleep deeper I still don’t sleep the night through. But I can go back to sleep quicker. I do think these gummies are helping relieve my pain. When I remember to take them regularly. I will be buying more of these
I have always been a night owl but I wanted to start having a better sleep pattern but my body struggled to wind down and go to sleep until I gave these a try. I take 2 at bedtime, play a game on my phone for 15-20 mins and I am so tired after 20 mins. I sleep soundly overnight and don’t wake up with any lagging effects.
My adhd daughter would be up to midnight if she didn’t have these gummies.
Takes one an hour before bed and she sleeps soundly.
